Conference Registration Fees

Note: Registration does not include accommodations. See below for accommodation information.

CAA Member

Full conference (includes all scheduled meals): $350
One-day registration (includes meals for that day only): $140**
Student member rate: $275/full conference; $100/1 day registration

Affiliate: Member of another national or regional writing, editing or publishing organization

Full conference (includes all scheduled meals): $375
One-day registration (includes meals for that day only): $150**
Student registration: $300/full conference; $125/1 day registration

Non-member

Full conference (includes all scheduled meals): $390
One-day registration (includes meals for that day only): $175**
Student registration: $325/full conference; $150/1 day registration

** Two-day registrations are possible, but due to system limitations you need to register separately for each day. Contact us if you have any problems.

Accommodation

There are three accommodation options available with special conference rates:

On Site Residence: ranging between $40 and $95
Best Western — Mariposa Inn and Conference Center: $119/night
Quality Hotel Champlain Waterfront: $89.95/night
